1. General By placing an order with RDLT Dom Design, you agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products All products are custom-made on demand through our fulfillment partner Printful. Product colors may slightly vary due to screen settings and print production processes.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in EUR and include Dutch VAT (21%) where applicable. For EU orders, local VAT rates may apply. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

4. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Production takes an additional 2–5 business days before shipment. Once an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

6. Returns & Refunds We only accept claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted items. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property All designs, graphics, and brand assets are the property of RDLT Dom Design. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability RDLT Dom Design is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
